Summary
This was an incredibly fun project that I was able to take part in. Being in a new scenery for college was definitely a hard transition, but something I noticed in my new environment was the nature that surrounded me. Walking to my apartment I'd walk past a family of deer. Noticing me, they would dart off through the piles of falling leaves that surrounded them. This little snippet of my life inspired the theme for this deck of cards. Nature and the crisp air of autumn were an escape from all the deadlines, and even though I can't experience all four seasons in California, I was still inspired to make this deck of cards displaying the four seasons: spring, summer, winter, and autumn.
